• To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before the arrival date.
• If you cancel between 7 and 30 days before the start of your stay, you will receive 50% of all nights.
• If you cancel less than 7 days before the start of your stay, you will receive 100% of all nights.
• You can also receive a full refund if you cancel within 48 hours of booking, as long as it is at least 14 days before arrival.
